The film is a tale of revenge set in three different periods between the years 1990 & 2020. Jithan Ramesh appears in three different looks over the period. Akhilesh Mohan, the editor of Prithviraj-Mohanlal duo's Bro Daddy and forthcoming project Lucifer 2 is editing the film. Route No.17 has cinematography by Prashanth Pranavam. Jithan Ramesh later endured the heat and humid conditions at the scorching heat of 55 degrees Celsius, for almost 14 hours a day for 22 days. Route No 17, has music composed by Ouseppachan.
