Tulsa burger review. Flo's burger diner Tulsa. First visit. The Burger could have been 5/5 but heavy handed on each one with mayo/mustard. The Buns,meat,vegetables all were perfect in taste and quality/quantity. The Onion rings were 5+ and reminded me of the old Tony Romas onion ring loaf, so good. Chilli on the tots however was a 0 outta 5. A Tulsa diner is opening a new restaurant focused on barbeque and Mexican food. Flo's Burger Diner has faced setbacks from vandals the past few years, but the owner is ready for this next step. Just down the road from Flo's Burger Diner near 11th and Lewis is where the new Flo's Smokehouse Eats will be.
