FRANKFORT, Ky. (April 3, 2024) - Attorney General Russell Coleman announced today that actions by the Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud and Control Unit resulted in a jury conviction of Marcus S. Minix, Sr., 73, of Lexington for fraud and theft. A Franklin County jury found him guilty of one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking (Class D Felony) and one count of Devising or Engaging in a Dr. Dome is board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery. He provides services in general orthopedics, sports medicine, workers compensation, and surgical procedures. Dr. Dome's professional interests include sports medicine and arthroscopy of the shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle.
