Mr Vice-Chancellor, for many of us children and young people, at some stage, are the centre of our lives. As parents or guardians we are responsible for their upbringing, care and protection. We plan and provide new opportunities, including even Once complete, Dame Clare hopes one outcome of 'better understanding our customers' will be better 'signposting' by Hanover staff to appropriate services for residents of its 600 schemes. This work will be the basis of an evidence base on which Dame Clare hopes to fund research of the sort she feels is missing. Dame Clare Tickell will join the Partnership to take up her role from 14 October. She is currently Non-Executive Director at the National Audit Office, Chair of the Board at the Early Intervention Foundation and a Fellow of the RSA.
