Tomorrow, a Short North restaurant will complete its transformation from formal steakhouse to a hub for late-night tacos. Santos, the new name given to the Short North eatery previously known as Chophouse 614, will hold its soft opening today, with a grand opening scheduled for April 22. "When we bought [Chophouse 614] the original idea was On Oct. 14, the highly-anticipated eatery within the new Columbus Hilton Downtown Tower, FYR, will open its doors. Reservations can be made here. Named in part for the live-fire grill that will be used to prepare many menu items, the new restaurant will serve as the cornerstone of the new hotel tower's dining experience.
