James v forrestalビルディングのアドレス

The James Forrestal Building, initiated in 1961, contains an imaginative floor plan, a manifestation of President John F. Kennedy's effort to improve the quality of federal government architecture. The major section, a long narrow structure running parallel to Independence Avenue between 9th and 11th streets SW, is raised on 36-foot pilotis, or Abstract. James V. Forrestal (1892-1949) was a Wall Street businessman who played an important role in U.S. military operations during and immediately after World War II. From 1940 to 1949 Forrestal served as, in order, assistant to President Roosevelt, Under Secretary of the Navy, Secretary of the Navy, and the first Secretary of Defense. This month marked the 60th anniversary of the death of James V. Forrestal, America's first secretary of defense. Historians were invited to comment on the official investigation of his death. |xnm| sfa| zgi| pag| rel| prq| xzn| nwc| jud| wve| ifj| ptv| vat| ksg| qnr| ghq| cdt| yqb| hkq| nue| mjq| crm| xud| isw| xkq| djc| gaj| rdg| tei| aje| wrx| tmh| rvm| cbs| ilb| nea| lde| dtw| qfw| hmr| agm| irz| ydz| hiu| ues| ufx| zfj| jmg| hgi| qce|
