The chicken vermicelli bowl is an authentic Vietnamese dish and Thanh Linh definitely does it well. Soups are quite flavorful. Spicy Lemongrass entrees are pretty interesting too. Research Vietnamese cuisine/dishes and choose something off of the menu that seems interesting. Don't fall for the "general asian" dishes, my guess is that they are 20 photos.
