WCC is here to serve the citizens of Bland, Carroll, Grayson, Smyth, and Wythe counties, the city of Galax, the citizens of Virginia, and beyond. Our programs and services are designed to meet the varied needs of all whom we serve. To best meet the needs of our communities, the college has offerings at the Wytheville Campus, the Crossroads Wytheville Community College became a member of the system on July 1, 1967. In the first year of its operation, the college's enrollment rose to 837 and the number of full-time faculty members increased to 21.
