Roger C. Cannon. Roger C. Cannon, 77, of Cresaptown, died surrounded by his family on Jan. 17, 2024, at UPMC-Western Maryland, of congestive heart failure. He was born May 28, 1946, in Grafton, W.Va., to the late William P. and Audrey Cannon. In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his brother, William P. Cannon III. He was predeceased by his brothers, Armand Normandin and Roger Normandin, and sister, Inez McQuaid. Louis was born and raised in Stow, the son of the late Ulric E. and Beatrice L. (Provencher) Normandin. He graduated Stow High School before enlisting in the United State Marine Corps in 1964, serving his country as a guard for the 36th President Roger has been a Fellow of CSI (FCSI ® )—the highest honour in Canadian financial services—since 2003. He's also a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM ®) and financial planner (F.Pl.). He has been with Desjardins since March 2000.
