Parameswara (Jawi: ڤرميسورا) , juga dikenali sebagai Iskandar Syah dalam Sulalatus Salatin, merupakan raja terakhir Kerajaan Temasek dan pengasas Kesultanan Melayu Melaka yang berketurunan Palembang. Menurut Sulalatus Salatin, baginda memerintah Kerajaan Temasek dari tahun 1389 hingga tahun 1398, kemudian melarikan diri ke ke muara Sungai Bertam pada 1402 setelah diserang oleh tentera Parameswaravarman I was a Pallava emperor who reigned in southern India in the latter half of the 7th century, 670 - 695 CE.
