There are also more than 20 volunteer coaches who work at mini and junior level. "The work these guys are putting in has been absolutely brilliant. The enthusiasm of the kids is superb too," said Tavner, who previously Caerau Ely Association Football Club is a Welsh team based in Cardiff. It was formed in 1955. The club plays in the Cymru South, which is second tier of the Welsh football pyramid. Caerau Ely were formed in 1955 joining the junior division of the Cardiff Combination League.
