(KAIT) - Black River Technical College is expanding their career and technical center, benefiting not just Pocahontas but the Paragould campus as well. This will be the first year that BRTC is an official secondary technical center. High school students will have the opportunity to have certificates in: Allied health Academic Programs of Study. BRTC offers a variety of certificates and degrees to help you achieve your dreams: Certificate of Proficiency — 1-semester program. These programs are not eligible for financial aid. Technical Certificate — 1-year programs (2 semesters).; Associate degree — 2-year program.
