The research and evaluation we do at Maggie's, and in collaboration with others, is often presented at healthcare conferences. He's championed the expanding program since its outset, from the first center in Edinburgh In this study, we will analyse the role of Maggie's Centres and its buildings in the affordance of hope for people with cancer and their carers. Maggie's Centres are, we argue, examples of what Cameron Duff has termed 'enabling places' in the experience of health and recovery (2011; 2012).
