That's a long time for a restaurant, especially in a place like Edinburgh where the competition is fierce, so it's interesting to see what's happened there. We'd been invited to come in for a tasting menu. This brasserie from Michelin-starred chef Martin Wishart and Paul Tamburrini has opened in Edinburgh's new town. It is an interpretation of the Parisian classic, where traditional French cuisine meets Scottish flavours. The interior has a relaxed continental feel with no tablecloths and stone flooring.
