David and Valerie Fallas, who founded Fallas Automation in Waco in 1979, have donated $1 million to TSTC for a new scholarship program. A $1 million gift to Texas State Technical College could put A total of $525,000 will be provided for TSTC faculty and staff professional development, while $813,000 will be budgeted for technical spaces, a project still in development.
