All of the filter coffee at Jubala is brewed to order with Counter Culture's trademark Bonmac Procone drippers. a bold move for a shop in a neighborhood dominated by drive-throughs. According to owner Andrew Cash, customers initially balked at Jubala is a sleek, friendly 3rd wave coffee shop that serves up fantastic espresso. We visited from out of town and had a great experience. Friendly baristas served up some of the best coffee drinks we had on our trip. The location is pretty cool on the edge of the NC State campus, and the shop was buzzing and busy when we visited. Jubala Village Coffee is a wonderful place to relax, hurry in for a cup of coffee, or even accomplish some work. Not only does Jubala use locally roasted Counter Culture Coffee, but they also have a food menu featuring local and seasonal ingredients.
