Schramsberg Vineyards Mirabelle Brut Rosé NV: Schramsberg is one of the most storied sparkling winemakers in California. Since 1972, starting with the Nixon administration, foreign Mirabelle is Schramsberg's multi-vintage brut sparkling wine. Twenty years into building an outstanding range of vintage dated sparkling wines, the Davies family set out to master the non-vintage or "multi-vintage" traditional method technique. A few years of experimentation would ultimately lead to the successful launch of Mirabelle Brut and Mirabelle Brut Rose in 1992. Unlike our The NV Mirabelle Brut is made up of 56% Chardonnay and 44% Pinot Noir and was made using 84% fruit from the 2016 vintage, with the remainder coming from aged reserve lots.
