Colonel Jeremy Jiggs Chapman assumed command of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District as its 54th Commander on June 28, 2021. Chapman graduated and received his commission from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York, in May 1998. Col.
