Parc des Princes. Parc des Princes is an iconic venue in French sporting history, located in the City of Light's 16th district. It stands out in the Porte de Saint-Cloud landscape with its iconic concrete columns that crown its roof. Built in its current form in 1972 and designed by architect Roger Taillibert (the man behind the design of Paris Saint-Germain and the Parc des Princes, a history that began on a Saturday in November 1973, the 10th to be precise, the date of the first match between the Red and Blue in their mythical enclosure.
