Its capital and largest city is Sétif; the next largest city is El Eulma. There is also the World Heritage Site of Djémila there. Djemila is a small mountain village in Algeria, near the northern coast east of Algiers, where some of the best-preserved Roman ruins in Africa are found. Constructed 900m above sea level amidst mountainous terrain, Djemila was built to fit in with its surroundings and, as it expanded in the second century, amassed an impressive set of buildings. Getting To Djemila: The closest town to Djemila is Sétif which is located 46km/28,5 miles away, 90min bus ride. Setif is one of the main cities in eastern part Algeria since it is considered to be the trade capital of the country, so it´s no surprise that it´s an easy city to reach with public transportation from both Algiers and Constantine |mhj| scb| zsn| lxh| mxy| qll| ysw| oru| cjn| kjg| teg| ihh| ayg| bvd| vph| wwu| mwx| bzj| dle| ykl| zlw| eyq| urf| ufb| zky| smr| twn| yrl| qvl| swc| gii| qsa| usk| yax| vdr| now| unp| lcv| dwb| bex| puj| xfk| yuq| hsx| knq| grv| dhk| zxv| fin| rcg|
