Walking in I saw a sign that said "15 time winner of the best burger" and I had high hopes. Perhaps we came on an off day. I ordered their signature Blu Burger, medium rare. It was definitely over cooked, but not terribly so. The bacon, however, was a limp mess. Combined with the overcooked onions, it made for an in enjoyable texture experience.
